I'm Ward. I build software for a living — currently as CTO and founding engineer at Lium AI — and I have been carrying a camera for rather longer than I have been writing code professionally.
Most of what is here is the Pacific Northwest, because that is where I have lived: Seattle for two decades, and now Central Washington, near Lake Chelan. The rest is travel, and the night sky. Two decades at an eyepiece taught me the sky. It taught me almost nothing about exposure.
